How are the prints and apparel items produced?
All Magnum Photos prints are produced on archival-quality paper using museum-grade inks. Our apparel collection features premium, sustainably sourced cotton and high-fidelity screen printing to ensure the integrity of the original photograph is maintained.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship globally. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
What is your return policy for limited-edition items?
We accept returns on apparel and non-custom items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition. Please note that signed prints and limited-edition 'Estate' prints are final sale and cannot be returned unless damaged during transit.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your shipment's progress.
Are the photographs in the collection authentic?
Absolutely. Every print purchased through the Magnum Photos Store is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity or features an official estate stamp to guarantee its provenance and quality.
