At Magnum Photos Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment or accessory does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is folded neatly to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
