Chien-Chi Chang’s approach to the Contact Sheet has a different premise in its relationship to time, space, and traditional sequence narrative. Chang remarks on his work, “Linearity does not have to be linear. There does not have to be a single storyline. You can have multiple storylines colliding with each other to tell a richer, fuller, and more complex story.” Chang joined Magnum Photos in 1995 and became a full member in 2001.
